1. MSVCR110.dll not found
When I try to start WampServer 3.1.0, I get a box from php-win.exe: The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. This is a new installation of WampServer64. Any ideas on how to handle this?
