WampServer

Hi, I created a project in wamps in the /www folder called php.dev. In this folder I added a simple index.php file. If I go to php.dev in my browser it just goes to a page that looks like the localhost page. Then under 'You Projects' I can see php.dev but if I click this it just refreshes the page. How do I view index.php?
