Thank you! I was assuming I could leave the files named .html... now I realize the files should stay named as .php but leave all the normal html code in them. I fundamentally missed this. Sorry for the dumb post. thanks again Post Edited (06-27-07 15:56)

hello, I have a new wamp 1.7.2 install on WinXP Prof and all runs fine except when I load a .html page that contains php script -- the expected php output is not there. I can load and run .php files fine and they display as expected, no issues, so I know php is working well. I even installed drupal under this wamp install and it works perfectly as well. Normal .htm and .html files work fine
