Hi, I'm a newbie and having trouble with permissions on WAMPserver 3.1.0. On the first attempt, localhost is available, but subsequently gets "Access Denied." Also, there's no access to phpMyAdmin or my virtual host (same error). WAMPServer was installed as an Administrator. There's no spurious php.ini or my.ini files. Both Skype and IIS have been disabled. WAMP icon=green
