WampServer

Good Morning I am having trouble installing an ssl certificate on wampserver. I followed several tutorials but when running https: // localhost / chrome it displays the non-secure site message with the error NET :: ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. I set up with Openssl. Does anyone know how I can solve it?   Thank you
