WampServer

After installing wampserver 3.0 32bits(php 5.6+), on lunching the program I get various kind of .dll errors. after downloading the specific .dll file online and installing it, on lunching the wampserver again, it will display another kind of .dll error. I'm just tired of downloading .dll' files. the latest error message is "the program cant start because api-ms-win-core-localization-l1-2-0-.
