That fixed it. Thank you. One more issue though. I still cannot access the web server outside of my LAN.

Apache 2.4.23 - PHP 5.6.25 - MySQL 5.7.14 PHP 5.6.25 for CLI (Command-Line Interface) Trying to set up a very basic web server. Its just a blank white webpage with links to videos located on my web server. Machine that is running WAMP: 10.12.1.131. Windows 10 x64.
