I am having trouble understanding how to connect localhost Wampserver64 with FileZilla so I can change permissions on the wp-contant, wp-plugin. Then I will be able to update the plugin. Using my own pc Windows10 Wampserver64 FileZilla

Hello I am trying to update a plugin and I receive this failed message "update failed: could not create directory." I see that it's a permission issue. I have searched online and have found ways that may solve it, but you must have a web host(which I am not) and use Filezilla.
