How can I see if something else is using TCP Port 80 and TCP port 3306 ? I tried to use port 8080 and 3307 but this gave the same results

Thanks for your advice. I deinstalled mcafee and wampserver. After reboot I reinstalled wampserver (as admin) but icon still red.

I Installed wampserver but can not make it work. The icon stays red. I followed all the trouble shooting tips, but that didn't help. I installed wampserver before on my lap (windows 7) without any trouble. What can I do to fix this problem?
