WampServer

OK so this is my first time ever using Wamp and anything similar to it. But my issue I'm stuck on, I can not figure out why I only have 1 outta 2 services running, I've checked my control panel to see it any thing was on port 80 blocking it at all and I found nothing I've even made sure my C ++ on windows was updated all the way I was using this web page to set up my own and im just at alost
