SUCCESS !!!!! Just to be sure & Clean things up... I Uninstalled WAMP & ReInstalled latest WAMP. Then I did as you instructed... & Installed Upgrade 3.0.9 It works!!!! Thank you & Bless You !!!!!

I want to use my Laptop to Develop my Joomla Website. I am just starting out with a SIMPLE homepage of index.html text. My wamp Localhost is working fine. When I use the WAMP "Add a Virtual Host" utility, it seemed to edit all the files correctly with myproject. I have restarted Windows & WAMP.
