WampServer

Good evening, I'm having some trouble loading the gd2 extension. I have tried clicking on the wamp icon to enable the extension, and I have checked the php.ini to ensure that it is not commented out. I have also restarted my server, and on the WAMP5 homepage and php_info it does not list gd as a loaded extension. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
