For anybody in the future with this same issue (i.e. windows 10 , mac, bootcamp ) If MySQL won't start and c:\wamp64\logs\mysql.log says: InnoDB: Header page consists of zero bytes in datafile: .\ibdata1, Space ID:0, Flags: 0.
