Additional info: Timestamp on c:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file with localhost commented out is 1/30/17 but I've successfully accessed MySQL database since that date. I'm unable to log into MySQL via PHPMyAdmin. My local wordpress installations are not functioning.
