WampServer

I am having problem with both the Wampservers (32 bit,64 bit) .I installed them seperately (only one on the system),but still face the same problem . Only Mysql starts on 32 bit though. I have tried all the solutions given on the internet .these include: 1)Have turned off IIS service and I don't have skype installed on my system. 2)Have tried to install all the ampstack components seperat
