WampServer

I am not sure if this is a wordpress questions or a wamp question. I have a wordpress site locally in wampserver. (http://localhost/mysite). I select one of the alternatives for friendly urls in permalink in settings. I go to one of the pages and click on the permalink for the page. localhost/mysite/mynewpage/ I don't get the real page, instead i get the wamp localhost file without css. Wh
