WampServer

I installed as administrator. Did not choose different because the first install failed so I uninstalled and re installed, Bases on a post somewhere else about re installing I thought that choosing different editors or browsers could cause problems. That's the only thing I did differently between the two installs. David

How do I change the default text editor and browser? I'm using 64bit V 3.0.6 .
