1. Wampserver localhost opens download file instead of website
I got Wampserver 3.0.6 64 bit x64 installed on my windows 8 laptop. I backed up my Joomla website using Akeeba 5.2.5 (latest version) and then extracted it using kickstart.php. However, when I try to access my website on localhost, instead of taking me to my website, it simply downloads a file ? In the past I have extracted many website like this until now. Has something changed ?
