Windows server 2012 R2 64bit latest wamp download without changing any versions. 64 bit Icon is green and I can access from local host on the server. Now If I use the serveres Ip to connect to externally from hope it just gives me a generic error 403 page.

Trying to get WAMP open to the public on my windows server. Everything works in local host but not from an external connection using the IP. Any idea what I can do? I used to just use the "put online". I've tried that and it does nothing. The ports are free it just seems to be a permission issue
