I FIXED IT. The wpconfig file was messed up. The remainder of my problems are WP-related, not Wamp.

OK OK So I got it to start again. I finally found where the incorrect mysqld.exe file was running and stopped it. I also deleted auto.cnf, xxxxxxxxx.err, xxxxxxxxx.pid, ib_logfile0 and ib_logfile1 from the data folder. HOWEVER, when I go to localhost in my browser, I get the following message: Error establishing a database connection :'(

Right now I'm trying to connect to localhost so I can figure out why none of my changes are showing up on the live server.
