WampServer

I have the virtual host "mostly" working on my local machine for www.ustenniscourts.smurm. The domain works, but some links point to www.ustenniscourts.smurm/correctlink and others to www.ustenniscourts.smurm/drupal8/incorrectlink (with the drupal8 folder in the url) even on the same page like Appearance You can place blocks for each theme on the block "layout page".
