I've recently changed my PC and I've installed the latest version of WampServer on my new PC. I'd like to keep the Wamp projects from my old PC, so I've copied them all into the WWW folder, but obviously that doesn't help with the databases. On the new version of WampServer it uses MySQL 8 but my previous version used MySQL 5.7.14, so I copied this entire folder across to my new MySQL bin fold

Hmm thanks for your reply. Really appreciate it. Are you able to walk me through the steps for introducing both of those packages onto Wampserver 3 (namely PHP 5.3.5 and Apache 2.2.34)? Good day, For some very old software (around 2002) that I need to use, I need to use PHP 4.2.0, Apache 2.0.x and obviously whatever MySQL version was compatible at the time. I've tried downloading the old PHP version from the old releases page, but it doesn't really seem to include many of the files that I need and I somehow doubt that this will work. Just installed WampServer 3.0.6. All in all, fairly good so far. Other than an issue with my databases not seeming to be recognised and having to create them all again rather than importing them into the data folder of MySQL, it seems ok. However, while there do seem to be a lot of improvements made to this software, there are still various issues, and in particular with the default index.php
