I am trying to implement a server sent event in WAMP and somehow cannot make it work properly. php waits until the entire long script finishes before it sends back data all the while delaying all the progress data I am supposedly sending back. Instead it sends them all together at the end which makes it useless. However, if I upload the same code to my webhost, it worked flawlessly. it sent at

I do not understand much about the GPL. I just want to know: I am a developer of PHP Applications. So I use WAMP as the server on my clients PC to run the application I develop for them. Note that my clients use their own PC as the server and I am not hosting it on my server. Apart for the settings and conf files, I do not modify any part of WAMP. Am I allowed to do this?
