After so many reinstallations I forgot to install MSVC 2015 Update 2 14.0.23918. Not it is installed and tool that you have provided me doesn't say that anything is missing. All are properly installed but Icon is till not reacting on clicks.

My host file is empty, storing only few lines of basic lines. Still not working for me. Have anyone of you had a chance to review my attached list of VC++ that are installed on this machine?

"Update for Windows (KB2999226) is already instaled on this computer". This one is ok. I know that this could be some detailing but I need WAMP running on this computer because other is not my primary machine. Is there anything more that we can do about resolving this issue?

Not sure where to look exactly so please help me on that. I have installed WAMP 3.04 on another machine and there works fine, without any problems. I have same Visual + packages installed but on this first machine still its not working on mouse click over WAMP icon. As I said, icon is green and server is running, but don't have access to the all options available on mouse click.

Yes, all other are icons are working fine and without any problems. Only WAMP 3.04 icon is not working on mouse clicks. Tooltip is working over WAMP icon. Not sure what could be a problem as WAMP 2.5 works totally fine. Is there any log file that I can access or maybe send it to you for evaluation?

I have tried that, but still no success. Icon is still green but not reacting on any of the mouse clicks (left/right). Wamp 2.5 works fine without any problems.

I'm facing with the problem where my fresh installed WAMP 3.0 is running, icon is green, apache and MYSQL are up and running, localhost page is accessible but if I click on my WAMP icon to change any of the settings icon is not reacting at all. Either left or right mouse click are not working. Even if I want to shutdown WAMP I have to do that over Task manager. WAMP is running on Win7 x64 machine
