WampServer

I recently learned how to use wamp5 server and php for my web development but still 'green' in this field.I installed wamp5 on my laptop and I downloaded a project to run on it but I was defeated to make it run.The project is avialable on www.real-estate-websites.org named realestate-management-toolcode (php version) Can any body help me? Just give me instructions on how to make it run and eve
