WampServer

I was trying to make a virtual host on wampserver but keep getting error 403. While trying to fix it i did many stuff which i found on the intrnet once i restart wamp and after that when i go to icon->apache->start service and click it norhings happen the icon->apache->start service stays green. I guess i did something wrong but i dont know what.Please help : httpd-vhost.conf # V
