I most definitely have WS being run as Administrator. However, you are correct that something else is using port 80. It says "Your port 80 isused by a processus with PID = 4" "Your port 80 is actually used by: Server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0" So how do we correct that?

Hi, Well my patience is running thin. I verified that I have, in fact, Windows 10 with 64 bit (I thought it was 32 bit before, my mistake). So I uninstalled Wampserver 3. I then installed all the instances of 32 + 64 bit VC VC9,10,11,13, and 14. I restarted the computer. I then installed Wampserver 3 and set it to run as Administrator. Started WS from the shortcut. Now W icon is red again.

Hello, I am installing a new instance of Wampserver 3.0 on a new computer, trying to get everything set up properly. I am confused by your instructions to make sure all the VC++ are installed/updated. My new computer has Windows 10, 32 bit. Your instructions seem to say to install ALL versions of VC++...is this true? Or only the one needed for Win 10 (i.e., v. 14)? I have installed VC14 and then
