I see when I hower my curser on the project name, the link destination URL at the bottom left on my screen is . when I click and edit http:// to localhost\ every thing works fine until I go to a external link, (also on localhost) and return then I have to edit the URL again to localhost.

When I click on a website in localhost projects firefox remove localhost and replace it with http:// then I get a 404 and have to edit the URL with localhost, please help I never had this problem in the past

Check your port 80 again skype might have grabbed it now.

Click the wamp icon, Apache, service and click on test port 80, you will see that ether IIS or skype are using the port, if it is skype then goto Tools, Options, Advanced, Connection and un tick the Use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections and reboot, else if it is IIS then, uninstall IIS you don't need it.

When I open a website folder in localhost firefox replace localhost with [], if I change it back to localhost ten the page open until I click on a link then it happen again and I get a 404, I'm using windows 10 with firefox 43.0.4 can anybody please help?
