Thank you so much zinzara, RiggsFolly & others who help me since long to solve the issue. The problem is solved. I just disabled Antivirus (E Scan). I feel so happy right now..................

Yes, I already followed point 20, reinstalled all VC redist......, uninstalled wampserver, restart pc & again installed wampserver, but got no solutions...... really disappointed.

Not really still the icon is ORANGE. It shows the above error while viewing Event Log. Yes, according to ur advice I checked the error msg through event viewer & found the following : Event ID : 7026 Source : Service Control Manager Details : The wampapache64 service terminated with the following service-specific error: Incorrect function. Again, thank you for your nice cooperation.
