Hi, just like i told in my last topic i had to reinstall wamp 1.7.1a because of the issue with nod32...now that it's resolved....i came across with another ....this time with phpmyadmin root login. After changing the root password, and going to the config.inc file to put there too the password i created for the root user, i cannot login any more with phpmyadmin....i dont´t now why this is happeni

You welcome....the only thing that's strange is the fact that we can run previous versions of wamp5 without any problems in the same vista pc and with the same nod32. This issue only started with this last version of wamp5.

That's it eregron.... I already posted a message here evidencing the same thing.... Nod32 is detecting "wampmanager.exe" file as a NewHeur_PE virus also in my pc, even after i could install it disabling the nod32 kernel service.... I sincerely hope this may became fixed in next releases.

Thanks, I already installed the 1.7.1a version and noticed that it was in fact fixed the phpmyadim problem....but my request was not this....instead my request was to now if you are going to take in intent that this version just like the 1.7.1 has some incompatibility issue with nod32 and if it's intent of yours to correct this in future versions... Hello Romain I would like to ask you, if you are taking the problem with nod32 in intent for the next releases of wamp5. I'm asking this because even i could installed the last 1.7.1a version, after enabling nod32 again, it still complaines that the "wampmanager.exe" file has a new kind of heuristic virus.... I already conclude that this is only happening whit nod32....but please....

Hi, just has "Enegron" told us to do, i was able to install WAMP5 1.7.1 without the initial problems. But in the mean time, i found that Nod32, that is working now in his realtime scanning, is putting in his quarentine's folder some files created by WAMP5 in the c:\windows\temp folder in Vista. Hi, finally i was able to install the last version of WAMP5 turning off the nod32 kernel service... but now i'm experiencing a new problem, this time with phpmyadmin.... Anyone here with the same problem has i am? My favourite antivirus (nod32) is detecting a new heuristic virus in the last version of wampserver (1.7.1). Previous versions installed without any prompt from the antivirus. I don´t now if this is only with nod32.... but i dont intend to unistall it because i really trust on him. Estranho... com a versão anterior do wampserver não me é detectado nada, com esta nova sim....wierd!! Em relação ao teu problema e pelo que percebi, podes fazer isso configurando um servidor ftp no teu pc e depois aonde quer que estejas, de preferência, num país cheio de sol e com gajas boas, daquelas mesmo boas lol...podes com um cliente ftp fazer o upload dos ficheiros para a pasta que quiseres
