I didn't see a full solution here. So combining a best solution with mine. Main issue is that we need to run WAMP as admin at least once, so it can create the symlinks. So, right click WAMP shortcut, and run as administrator. then, left click WAMP icon on taskbar, Go to Apache -> Version -> click on any available version you have.
