The icon wampserver after delete my.ini is still yellow

I found only my.ini in folder Windows. In another place there's no this file.

I have also my.ini in C:\Users\Krzysio\Documents\VertrigoServ Backup Files\Configs In C:\Users\Krzysio\Documents\VertrigoServ Backup Files\data\mysql there isn't my.ini

I found my.ini in folder Windows. I change it. Icon Wampserver is still yellow. PHPerrorlogshows the same error. MYSQLlog is empty and I have question do you want to create it ?

I did some of things. Phpmyadmin doesn,t work. I can't install joomla in 4 step. In file "hosts" there is a "#"but i can't edit. There is acces denied. In phpmyadmin i have something like that.
