Ok, I found the problem on W7 server firewall: I had to add exception for both public and private networks for Apache on Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Firewall\Allowed Programs I added a tick to allow public+private to access Apache

Local network issues: Wampserver on Win7: I cannot access it from a Win8.1 machine even though it's set "Online" on W7 but i can ping the W7server from W8.1SL (not pro) I tried many things: (I can access the server from another W7 machine) W8.1 firewall off, no antivirus, changed from publc to private.
