Can I install newest wampserver3_x64_addon_php7.1.5 by installation wizard or need to special prepare existing WAMP?

(I must ask, I'm scared to mess with this). My Wamp folder is C:/Wamp64/.. Now, this ADDON by default want to create new folder c:\wamp. Should I allow it or chose my C:/Wamp64/. Additionally when I chose my folder C:/Wamp64/ it automatically want to create C:/Wamp64/wamp. So where should I install this ADDON: C:/Wamp64/ C:/Wamp64/wamp C:/wamp/ ?

In perfect world I should first read setACL documentation to understand what this software stands for, I should associate "service" word to Polish word "uslugi", I should use English Windows version. same crash with fresh installed php 7.0.6, so it must be something with ...something else.

Short: - CLI APPCRASH php.exe occur with only one project testing, not occur with another project. - Yesterday same project with same configuration (php, netbeans, wamp, phpunit) did not cause that error.
