I have a windows 8.1 and I am running wampserver 32bit version 2.5, apache 2.4.9, PHP 5.5.12, and MySQL 5.6.17.

3. I can't load projects!
Whenever I go to localhost, all my folders pop up with my PHP files inside but when I click on the link to open them, it gives me an error saying that the page was not found! Please help.
