WampServer

I realize that it was my IE causing the system to crash. If I use chrome and firefox from the outside going in. no problem. but as soon as ie comes to access then the whole apache hangs. i tried to use this script on httpd.conf AcceptFilter http none AcceptFilter https none but after restarting i cannot totally load https website.

i was able to successfully install ssl on may wamp 2.2 running on apache 2.4.2. but after about 10 minutes. the https site will stop to load and getting error about connection refuse. i need to restart my wamp services to get it to work but it will stop again after 10 minutes. everytime i start apache my apache error logs always have an entry but it looks nomal.
