Almost there perhaps. I commented out ess.swp in my .htaccess file including all Apache Errors that followed (eg. ExpiresActive, ExpiresByType). Now I am finally not getting a "500 Internal Server Error" but instead a Magento Error Page that says the below. I will continue working on this and report back accordingly. Otomatic, Thank you but VirtualHost is setup. In fact, I have many sites already running on Wampserver with no issues but that is not the case with this one. This problem I believe is directly related to my .htaccess file which I'll have to inspect though I don't know exactly what I'm looking for.
