I changed the power settings to "high performance", but this is not a laptop, and there has been no improvement. I will look to optimize SSD performance hd. Any other suggestions?

2. Wampserver too slow in Windows 8.1
Hello I'm working whit Wampserver 2.2 in Windows 8.1 (solid Hd and 8gb of RAM), I made WorkPress web page, but the server is very slow, each request takes about 8 seconds to answer, I made all the changes that puts on this site but have not obtained improvement: Can you help me? I'm a little nervous. Thank You
