SOLVED! Buying a new router/modem was the way to go. Port 8080 and 8081 still don't work, I suspect my ISP blocks them for some reason.

80 is used by the router's homepage and 8080 and 8081 didn't forward on canyouseeme.org for some reason.

Hi all, My wampserver works fine over my local network but it just won't serve pages over WAN. I have set up my router to forward port 8082 to my PC. I have changed httpd.conf.
