WampServer

I can run the installed joomla apps on wampserver but access is denied to phpmyadmin4.1.14 I was able to access it before but suddenly I am locked out. Perhaps there is a password I am missing but the option to use one is not showing. I just get the error Forbidden You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server. Apache/2.4.9 (Win32) PHP/5.5.12 Server at localhost Port 80
