WampServer

Hello, I built up a LAMP server with PHP, MySQL etc included, I have already created couple of tables in MySQL and like to present the tables via SOAP web services. I understood PHP code is one way of doing it, just wondering is there a tool / application able to do it without having to write PHP program? Thanks, Allan
