Thanks very much for your response. I've removed the Skype App (I'm on Win 8.1). No change. As for TeamViewer, my advanced settings don't have a "don't use port 80" option, so I'm stuck there. I am a complete newbie. I installed WAMPserver 2.5 and have been using a video tutorial to set up a Drupal installation. I am stuck at getting WAMPserver to a green light. Trying to access the page to setup a new database, but get the Error #2002 message. I've tried some fixes suggested on forum but nothing works. Have downloaded TeamViewer. Can you please help?
