WampServer

Hi, I'm new to WAMP and just installed it on my Windows Server 2008 server. It works fine on the server - I can open up localhost and it shows what it's supposed to, but when I get on a client that is on the domain and type in http://:80/ it says "Web page can not be found" Not sure what type of problem this is or if I'm missing something but do you have any ideas what could be going
