Hello. It's fixed now thanks. But can you tell me why the default language isn't english? Just curious your choice if you answer this.

I try to use PDOException to handle my errors when connecting to the database. But I am getting this error message which I believe is not in english? "SQLSTATE [1045] Accès refusé pour l'utilisateur: 'user'@'@localhost' (mot de passe: OUI)" Is this normal? Or how do I change it to english. I am using the latest WAMP 2.5 and MySQL 5.6.
