WampServer

I am trying to get OAuth to work on my wamp configuration on WAMP2.5 64 bit version on PHP 5.5.12 on Windows7. I downloaded the right DLL file from here: I added it in PHP.ini. It shows up in the extensions (with a warning next to it). It does not show up in php_info as a load extension. Has anyone made this work?
