I know its apache ! i said it says that port 1080 is used by apache but it doesn't install the apache...

I did , i even tried to change the port to 1080 , the tray became green but still i cant install apache ! it saysport 80 is used by IIS. I don't know what does that mean at all ! In the first look you might think it is a duplicated question , but there is a difference with the others... IIS has been turned off before !
