Hello What do you mean by scripts? do you mean my application of existing PEAR folder ?

Hello We have build up one application by using PEAR so now I am configuring that application on my LAPTOP for that i installed WAMP successfully now WAMP has its own PEAR directory and I have also PEAR from that application. I want to know that do i need to run the go-pear command from wamp pear directory or i should copy my existing PEAR directory with WAMP PEAR directory ? Please help.
