Solved this myself If you downgrade to 2.4 wampserver it works fine

2. Apache wont Start Error
Im running windows 8.1 and i recent downloaded wampserver everything opens fine besides Apache This is whats in the error log I try to open it from services here And i get this error Whenever i open it from the wampserver it doesnt open and i have already changed skype's port and apaches port to 81 aswell, i have tried to start in compat mode windows 7 and no changes ive restarted ever
