I tried your suggestion and restarted my computer. It did not work. I changed the password to the one I created earlier inside of phpMyAdmin and restarted my computer. It did not work. When I open up phpMyAdmin it is suggested that I create a password. I also have a PHP / MySQL Book that also recommends setting a password and username to prevent intrusion. I created a .htaccess file and saved it at the wamp/www directory. Since I have used Notepad ++ to create my HTML pages I used this first to see my PHP Code. It did not work so I tested my index.html page using Localhost and it finally worked. I can also view my jQuery scripts by placing them at the wamp/www directory. Thank you for your help.

Thank You! The Wamp Manager Icon is now Green I can now see a sample PHP Script in Google Chrome and Firefox. I still cannot see the script in Internet Explorer but at least I am getting closer.
