WampServer

Hi I have just installed Wampserver and am following the instructions on getting started. so I tried to alter password by opening sqlbuddy typing I get Forbidden You don't have permission to access /sqlbuddy/ on this server. I also get same error for webgrind I tried the links on the homepage but got the same results. phpAdmin opens ok I am stuck! can anyone help please?
